IPKKND/ Arshi's Temple's engagement

 

When they got engaged in pure ArShi Style

Auspicious moment of Union...

He broke her heart, she returned his key and he pushed her one more time without knowing that his words and his actions are hurting her badly. but he turned and there was the key on the table. right next to the broken glass and a smear of blood but his eyes focused only on the key which  he grabbed  and went to hurl it away yet felt her presence ...her blood and in his most concerned and worried voice ever.."Khushi..." She is hurt and he needs to be there.

                              

 

He declared to her "We are done...just leave" but here he is again standing in front of her. She's puzzled; he's determined with his constant fixed gaze. He holds her wrist but she jerks her arm back. He is not in the mood to give up... draws her arm up while keeping it gently and still. He removes her dupatta from her left hand, and there lies the inch-long cut, still oozing blood, on her soft skin.

His tenderness and her observation convey to both "we are not done yet"...

The auspicious hour is here, bells ring, the chants begin...  the peace prayers with mantras to DM...  and in Temple, a  young man with no faith in  God as we understand the word holds a DM worshipping young girl's left hand and starts tying a gauze bandage on her ring finger. The finger whose nerve connects straight to the heart, just the way a key connects this girl to the nature of this disbeliever, the way the thought of her hurt connects to a desperate love that they both deny. She watches silently while he took his right to cast, to make her his.
